Reflexology with Sound is a complementary wellbeing treatment combining calming foot reflexology with carefully selected therapeutic sounds. You remain fully clothed while gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet in a comfortable and unhurried session.
The treatment begins with soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to help you settle and relax.
After the reflexology, sound is introduced again to create a calm, grounded ending and give you time to return gently to the present moment.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR REFLEXOLOGY WITH SOUND TREATMENT
Your appointment begins with a short, unhurried conversation so we can understand how you are feeling and help you settle comfortably into the space. You remain fully clothed, removing only your shoes and socks, and relax on the treatment couch with blankets and cushions available.
The session begins with carefully played singing bowls, chimes or other gentle instruments to help you settle and relax. Reflexology is then provided using comfortable pressure and massage techniques across the feet.
At the end of the reflexology, sound is introduced again to create a calm, grounding finish. You will be given a little time to rest before sitting up and continuing with your day.
