what to expect during your reflexology treatment
Your appointment begins with a short, unhurried conversation so we can understand how you are feeling and make sure you are comfortable.
You will remove your shoes and socks before relaxing on the treatment couch, with blankets and cushions available.

During the treatment, gentle pressure is applied to different areas of the feet using the fingers and thumbs. There is no pressure to talk, and you are welcome to close your eyes, rest and simply enjoy the experience.
