Cancellation Policy

1:1 Treatments

  • 24 hours notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% charge.

  • No-show: No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the full charge for the treatment.

Retreats & Events

  • More than 14 days notice: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Less than 14 days notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Within 7 days: Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Goodlife Wellness Training Academy – Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Goodlife Wellness, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to offer flexibility while also honouring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into running our courses. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

 Cancellations by You (the Student)

If you cancel:

  • More than 14 days before the course date:
    You’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future course date (subject to availability).

  • 7 to 13 days before the course:
    A 50% refund will be issued, or you may transfer your booking to another course with a £10 admin fee.

  • Less than 7 days before the course:
    No refund or transfer is available unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. If filled, we’ll offer a transfer minus a £10 admin fee.

  • Non-attendance on the day:
    Unfortunately, no refund or credit is available for missed courses without prior notice.

 Cancellations by Us (Goodlife Wellness)

In the unlikely event we need to cancel a course (e.g. due to illness, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be:

  • Offered a full refund, or

  • Offered the option to transfer your booking to a future course date

We will always try to provide as much notice as possible and support you in rescheduling.

 Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Course places are non-transferable to other individuals unless agreed in writing.

  • All cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing to hello@goodlifewellness.com.

  • In some cases (e.g. illness or emergencies), we may ask for supporting information to process exceptions at our discretion.
