 What is Laughter Therapy?

Laughter Therapy (also known as Laughter Yoga) is a powerful mind-body practice that combines playful laughter exercises, gentle movement, deep yogic breathing, and group connection. Your body doesn’t know the difference between real and intentional laughter — both trigger the same feel-good chemicals and healing responses.

In just one session, you may experience:

Our Roots in Healing

With over 3 decades immersed in the wisdom of Eastern traditions, Goodlife Wellness was born from a deep calling to share soul-nourishing practices that support balance, clarity, and inner peace.

Our founder’s journey began more than 30 years ago through the study of martial arts, training in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong.

These ancient disciplines offered more than physical strength — they opened a path to deeper energetic awareness, mindfulness, and inner stillness.

This led naturally into the exploration of energy medicine, including Reiki, sound healing, meridian therapies, and meditative movement. With consistent practice and training, this passion evolved into a professional path rooted in helping others feel safe, seen, and energetically restored.

Today, we blend ancient wisdom with modern intuition to offer healing experiences that are gentle yet powerful — inviting you to reconnect with the calm, clarity, and vitality within.
