WHAT IS CRYSTAL REIKI?
Crystal Reiki is a complementary wellbeing treatment combining gentle Reiki practice with carefully selected crystals. You remain fully clothed while crystals may be placed around or lightly upon the body, with hands positioned lightly on or just above you.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR CRYSTAL REIKI TREATMENT
Your appointment begins with a short, unhurried conversation so we can understand how you are feeling and help you settle comfortably into the space. You remain fully clothed and relax on the treatment couch, with blankets and cushions available.

Carefully selected crystals are placed around or lightly upon the body. Reiki is then offered with hands positioned lightly on or just above different areas of the body. There is no pressure to talk—you are welcome to close your eyes, rest and enjoy the quiet.
Your Crystal Reiki treatment will be provided by Neil, a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Therapy practitioner. Every appointment is offered with care, professionalism and individual attention in our peaceful home studio.

The crystals are carefully selected for your session, and the treatment is always shaped around your comfort. Sessions are never rushed, with time allowed for you to settle before and afterwards.
